This class will improve your fitness together with toning your muscles. Suitable for all levels.

HI / LOW

This class is aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all levels. Aerobic.

YOGALATES

A unique combination of muscle tone work together with stretch and relaxation.

ULTIMATE TONE

A complete target of muscle groups to increase muscular endurance and improve your body shape. Not suitable for beginners.

CIRCUIT

A combination of muscular strength and endurance. A great class to improve your overall fitness but not recommended for beginners. Fitness Hour, Pump & Power, Power Hour.

PILATES

Mat based work exercises that aim to give you long lean toned muscles, better posture, a healthy back, improved body shape and a calm mind. Suitable for all levels. New Body Pilates.
