Fantastic news folks our classes will reopen form the 17th May (subject to guidance changes)

All classes will run as before, booking essential, all own equipment, pre payment arrangement with your instructor. The only change is that masks must now be worn on entry, exit and whilst moving around the venue.

We are soooo looking forward to having you back!!!!

Due to the new Tier 3 guidelines our classes are now closed.

Here`s hoping the tier system gets reviewed on December the 16th your area moves into Tier 2; in this tier we can once again hold our classes with social distance measures we previously had in place.

One exception; please wear a mask to enter and leave the buildings, once you are in your our space you can remove the mask for exercise. Let be safe out there folks.

We await with baited breathe the announcements of the tiers following the latest lockdown. As soon as we have confirmation rest assured we will be in touch about reopening.

In both tier 2 and 3 last time classes were able to go ahead with strict social distancing, remember folks no mingling, unless they are in your household or bubble!!!!

Hi, our classes are now closed until 02.12.2020.

If the currant lockdown is lifted on 02.12.2020 then our classes will reopen, working safely with in the Tier system for your area. Fingers crossed we are back on Thursday 03.12.2020

Shape-Fitness are operating their classes to the governments latest guidelines.

We have one way flow through classes to avoid cross over with multiple classes. We keep to 2m metre social distance and operate a Track and Trace system by having up to date parq forms on all our customers and an attendance sheet for each class. Rooms are clean and any contact points sanitised.

We`re working hard to keep you safe, happy, fit and healthy.

Littleover class has moved to St Andrews Church, Blagreaves Lane Littleover DE23 1PX from 7th Spetember.

Soooo excited more classes are opening from 24th August, check find a class for times.

Spondon from 24th August – WI Sherwin Street from 2nd and 5th September – Stapleford and Breadsall from 7th September – Turner Hall Mansfiled Woodhouse from 8th September – Oakwood evening class from 9th September.

Remember to pre-book, places are limited so we can keep you all safe.

There will be more opening all the time, some of our class types may take longer to open, government guidelines state no load music which the instructor has to shout over and social distancing to be maintained. Now we know you all love our Clubbercise, Aerobic, Dancefit but we feel we cant keep you apart and safe just yet… they will be back!

We are so pleased, in addition to Jacksdale, Underwood and Navenby we now have Spondon Village Hall and WI Sherwin Street Derby re opening.

From Monday 27th July selected venues can re open for classes. BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL TO COMPLY WITH TRACK AND TRACE.

If your class was held in a Church Hall, we are sorry you will need to wait until September. The Church of England aren`t opening their halls until then. So far we have: The Dale Club – Jacksdale, Mondays and Tuesdays, The Venue – Navenby Wednesdays and Underwood Community Centre Thursdays… more to follow. Keep you eye on “The Find a class timetable”.

We have had a nu,ber of venues close until further notice:

WI Sherwin Street Derby and St Johns Church Hall Long Eaton with immediate effect and The Venue Navenby from 19th March. All other classes are going ahead at the moment and for as long as possible.. Keep you posted.

Covid 19 Coronavirus: – we will be keeping classes open for as long as we possibly can for those of you not in the government category for avoiding social contact. Please be sensible and don`t attend if you feel unwell, keep matts wiped clean and hand wash before and after class. Equipment will be kept to a minimum to avoid cross contamination.

Aim to keep a minimum of 1 metre away from the next person. Booking ahead may be advisable.

We will keep you updated as this is fast moving. Our classes are there for you; for your emotional and mental well being as well as physical. Whilst we can cover the cost of room hire and not go against advise we will be there for you, this may change in the coming days or weeks so check Facebook, with your local instructor and here on the website.

Hi Folks, just an up date, Underwood, Jacksdale, Mansfield Woodhouse and QMC classes are closed from 28th august re open 4th September, Thursdays class on the 7th September will be at Jacksdale, James Oates suite at the Dale Club because of local election.

Allestree is closed Wednesday the 30th August and Thursday 31st August and Stapleford is closed from 11th August until 2nd October. Annesley class is closed for the whole of September… Enjoy the rest!!!

All our classes are closed for the Bank Holiday Jubilee weekend, including Monday and Tuesday.

Except for Spondon Village Hall with Dawn, the class will run on Tuesday the 5th.
