Aerobic / Tone

A Hi/Lo workout to great dance beats, work up a sweat and burn those calories. Easy to follow classes suitable for all levels, work to your capacity and push beyond if you have the drive. Classes include some body conditioning to give you an overall workout.

The Works / Body Conditioning.

A workout without jogging for those who want to change their body shape and improve their fitness and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
Body Tone. Bums, Legs and Tums. Total Body Workout. Body Conditioning.

A combination of muscular strength and endurance. A great class to improve your overall fitness but not recommended for beginners. Fitness Hour, Pump & Power, Power Hour.



Mat based mind and body exercises that aim to give you long lean toned muscles, better posture, a healthy back, improved body shape and a calm mind.This workout will truly change you body shape, an incredible workout for both the mind and body. Suitable for all levels.
New Body Pilates.



Using fitness hoops this workout combines agility, cardio-vascular exercise to music but most importantly is great fun, even for those who have never hooped before!
Our hoop classes run as a course and include your very own hoop on your first course so you can amaze your friends with your hooping skills. The most fun you can have sober!!

If you love Zumba why not try our DanceFit. Dance yourself fit to music which includes both fast and slow rhythms such as Merengue, Salsa, Mambo and Hip-Hop. Dance, laugh, work up a sweat to burn those calories. A fun workout for all.
